    Terms of Service

    1. Acceptance

    By creating an account or using Arquitec.to, you accept these Terms of Service. If you disagree, you must refrain from using the platform.

    2. Service description

    Arquitec.to is a digital platform for uploading images of spaces and generating visual proposals using AI tools. The service may include accounts, projects, credits, subscriptions, and analytics components to improve the experience.

    3. Account and access

    • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
    • You are responsible for protecting your access credentials.
    • You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.
    • We may suspend or restrict accounts in cases of misuse or security risk.

    4. Plans, payments, and credits

    • Canvas access requires a signed-in session. Generating images requires monthly allowance or purchased balance.
    • Pro costs USD 10 per month or USD 60 per year, with applicable taxes included in those totals. Subscription charges are processed in US dollars through Stripe.
    • Free includes canvas access and $1 of usage each month. That allowance does not roll over: unused usage is lost when the month renews. Pro includes $10 of usage each month. The annual plan also resets the allowance every month; the annual discount is in the license price (USD 60 per year), not in the allowance. Purchased credits carry over to the next month. Canvas access requires a signed-in account; generating spends the monthly allowance first.
    • Pro renews automatically at the selected interval. You can cancel renewal through “Manage subscription” in your account. Pro benefits continue until the end of the paid period, and Free canvas access remains available afterward.
    • Prices, benefits, and usage limits may be updated with reasonable advance notice.
    • Clerk manages sign-in. Stripe processes payments and subscriptions.
    • Unless expressly stated otherwise, charges are non-refundable once the service has been consumed.
    • Balance top-ups are one-time purchases in USD of any amount between USD 5 and USD 500. They add usage balance to your account and do not grant, extend, or renew a subscription.
    • The total shown at checkout is the amount charged, taxes included. One dollar of balance covers one dollar of usage at the listed generation prices.
    • Purchased balance expires 12 months after it is added. It is spent after the monthly allowance, and canceling Pro does not turn that month's allowance into balance. You can keep using valid balance while signed in.
    • You may request a proportional refund of purchased balance that is still valid and unused. Used or expired balance and payment disputes require manual review. Contact support with your purchase reference.

    5. Permitted use and restrictions

    • You must not use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes or to violate third-party rights.
    • You may not attempt to extract, bulk-copy, or interfere with the service infrastructure.
    • You must not upload content for which you lack sufficient authorization or rights.
    • We may block content or accounts that violate these rules.

    6. Intellectual property

    You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display it as necessary to operate the platform. Arquitec.to's software, brand, design, and proprietary elements remain our property or that of our licensors.

    7. AI-generated results

    AI results are for guidance and may contain errors, inconsistencies, or limitations. You are responsible for validating technical, legal, and economic feasibility before implementing design, construction, or purchasing decisions.

    8. Availability and changes

    We may modify, improve, or discontinue service features at any time. We aim to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

    9. Limitation of liability

    To the extent permitted by applicable law, Arquitec.to is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue or data, or decisions based on AI-generated results. Total liability, where applicable, is limited to the amount paid by the user during the most recent billing period.

    10. Termination

    You may stop using the service at any time. We may also suspend or terminate accounts for serious breaches, security risks, or legal requirements.

    11. Changes to the terms

    We may update these Terms of Service. We will publish the current version on this page and, when a change is significant, provide additional notice within the platform or by email.
